Marin brings extensive experience in finance and accounting from his tenure at Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 40 global healthcare company. While at J&J, he managed an approximately $100 million budget within the MedTech electrophysiology division, developing deep expertise in financial planning, performance management, internal controls, and executive reporting across complex operating environments. This experience sharpened his ability to evaluate risk, ensure compliance, and manage sophisticated financial structures with precision and discipline. As a California-licensed Certified Public Accountant, Marin leads his team with a commitment to technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and thoughtful advisory.
